    I congratulate you on your wonderful success and the quality standards that you have set in real estate.
    But at the same time, I feel cheated. Yes cheated. I am a resident of your property at Bangalore Bannerghatta Road.
    The value which was projected to the buyers, only 60% of it has been realized - which is in the form of strong core building.
    Otherwise, quality of material used for interiors are pathetically bad. The value we expect (and paid) from HoH is not there.

    Floor marble is chipping off within a year, Lobby looks so shabby. Security is an eyewash. Facilities mentioned in the brochure are missing.

    Your bangalore team has no authority with them,(or no interest -Deepak, Kumar Jaisom) and the Mumbai team dont visit bangalore to check the pains of residents.

    I request you to show some interest in this project and walk the talk as per your blogs and illustrious magazine.

    You will agree that your real ambassadors are the residents of your property. But they are not happy with what is delivered and how they are been treated/responded by HOH team at Bangalore.
    In present state, it is only 10% more that we expect from HoH to move from current deliveries and residents will be happy to boast about HoH.
